The iconic bull fighting the torero… The inevitable death and the power plays strangely echo the hostile conflicts outside the arena. Corrida is a metaphor of war combining contemporary, African and flamenco dance. This solo explores violence, the beast inside of us, the lust for power, but also the humanity that emerges in the darkest moments. The figure of the torero, the bull and the woman on the side line of the conflict take form. To fight, to kill, to seduce, to die, to come back to life, these are the verbs the body expresses.

For the past couple of years, we've been putting on wonderful holiday classics bu this year, we though we'd say thank you to all of the performers, contributors and fans who have helped to make NIGHT FIGHT what it is.

After the death of their mother, siblings Max and Kate have not seen each other since. Now, Kate is about to get married and so Max decides to take a trip back down to hell, AKA his father's farm. To Max's surprise, Kate's fiancé, Michael has taken over the place and is tending to the cows with his brother Joshua. As a result, tensions will rise as the city boy faces his estranged family in ways that may divide them before the wedding. Fake smiles can't last long as the characters uncover each other's secrets.

Drown your sorrows with hosts Keith Waterfield and Leighland Beckman as they and their guests try to find the funny in their sad, depressing & possibly embarrassing tales.
