Dr. Sketchy Montreal invites you to its next figure drawing session: Napoléon. As part of Bagel Burlesque Expo, come draw boylesque performer Pretty Boy Rock, who will be visiting from San Antonio. He will pose as none other than the "petit caporal", Napoleon!

The session will take place on Saturday, April 22, from 2:00 to 5:00 PM at the MainLine Theatre, 3997 St-Laurent Blvd. The cover will be $10 and don’t forget your sketchbook.

NOTICE: Exceptionally, this workshop will be held in the MiniMain, not the main theatre space, therefore it is possible that space may be limited. We recommend arriving early.

♥♥♥ You are cordially invited to MONTREAL'S MIXED SLOWDANCE! - Autumn Edition! ♥♥♥

With a lending library of designated dancers for all you wallflowers, and a dancecard-booklet to set up dances in advance (should you choose to), Montreal Slowdance has all slow songs, all night long! (Except for the occasional intermission when we play the fastest songs we can find!)

Precinct is 45 minute improvised narrative. This means the performers know who their characters are but no idea where the story will end up (spoiler: it's always hilarious). Andy Assaf, Dimitri Kyres, and Jason Grimmer play the three main cops: soft-hearted Carl "Carly" Boucher, short-fused John Calgary, and gruff step-father of five Captain Bill Garber. Other guests will be announced soon! Together these tough cops are cleaning up the mean streets of Montreal's Plateau one perp at a time!

Sexuality is always wrapped up in structures and systems of power. This new verbatim theatre play by Dane Stewart offers an intimate and radically honest examination of sex and power from a queer perspective. Five students take a graduate seminar studying the work of revolutionary philosopher Michel Foucault. As they argue over issues of sexuality, gender, oppression and free will, these theories begin to rupture and spill out into their own lives. The characters expose the complexities of sexuality as it collides with BDSM, pup play, disability, gender, race, and sex work.
