Sets In The City: The Under Construction Edition
Will be the kick off show featuring some of Montreal best comedians. Our goal is to create a show that explores the city of Montreal and its talent while giving back to the community.
For the underconstruction edition, a portion of ticket sales will be donated to Mainline's theatre, a place that holds as a mission to combine the raw talents of emerging artists with the experience of established ones to produce unconventional innovative work that challenges both artists and audiences. It has grown to become a staple of the Montreal art and performance scene, hosting a wide variety of performances from comedy, to burlesque to theatre.
Let's help support this indie theatre, which gives so much to the independant artists of all styles, here in Montreal.

Embark on an epic quest with Infernal Temptation during this Dungeons & Dragons-inspired life drawing event! Draw him bringing your favourite character classes to life, be they from old school RPGs or the latest Baldur's Gate video game. Just don't roll a critical miss!
Whether you wield your pencil like a wand or are just beginning your artistic journey, all skill levels are welcome. Simply grab your sketchbook, roll for initiative, and let your imagination soar!
What if you entered an empty rehearsal hall and suddenly an audience appears? Joseph Ste-Marie brings his experimental scripted/improvised one-man show, This Show is Broken back to the stage! This remount blends the 2021 Digital Theatre production from the Montreal FRINGE Festival and the original 2015 production at the 2nd annual Shortstanding Festival. Ste-Marie must perform his show as he explores his life, struggles, missteps, and tries to show that it’s not too late to pursue your dreams…. However, Joseph is challenged to be honest with himself so his show can be authentic as possible without being blinded by ambition.
A hotel you can stay in…forever. Staff are eager to help, and metaphysical boundaries are mostly respected. That is, until a has-been celebrity comes to stay.
