This is a rare chance to see Sarah’s new work in progress show before she hits the road. She will bring jokes, if you bring laughs. It will be rough and ready and very, very fun.

The Montreal Clown Festival is pleased to return to its roots at the home of the St. Ambroise Montreal Fringe Festival to present a cabaret of new work, “New Recipes” featuring 12 brave clowns.
Under the direction of Gabe McKinney (Director, Old God; Speigleworld; Dell-Arte graduate and guest teacher), 12 performers developed short new works for the opening night of the 4-day Clown festival after a same-day, high-stakes workshop.
"Tango in fusion est une œuvre qui combine l’art du tango avec différents styles de danse. Ceux-ci permettent de visualiser par le mouvement et la dramaturgie, certains conflits socioculturels et émotionnels auxquels nous sommes tous confrontés.
Les artistes de tango in fusion s’expriment à travers d’histoires personnelles une extase de la danse du tango dans son essence. Ce qui permet aussi avec la diversité des autres types de mouvements et musique. une connexion avec le spectateur afin de visualiser et briser différents stéréotypes socioculturels."
Soirée-performances programmée par Winnie Ho avec les artistes Joliz Dela Peña, Kama La Mackerel, Jontae McCrory et Sovann Rochon-Prom Tep.
Avec COSMOS Électrique, Danse-Cité souhaite créer un nouvel espace alternatif et rassembleur pour la communauté des artistes et des publics.
