Otto & Astrid, Berlin’s Prince and Princess of art rock and Europop and the two halves of Die Roten Punkte, the best and in the world, ARE COMING BACK MONTREAL!!!
Otto & Astrid are Berlin’s Prince and Princess of art rock and Europop and the two halves of Die Roten Punkte (The Red Dots). They are super musicians and unparalleled performers of stellar proportions - gigantic and explosive. Tragically orphaned as children, the brother and sister duo ran away from their small rural hometown and ordinary childhood, to Berlin, and knew instantly they had found a place among the counterculture, a home in a squat - and the solace and saviour of the Rock’N’Roll music.
Die Roten Punkte was soon born, and the best band in the world was bestowed upon the world.
The raw, electrical power the band brings to their concerts is kinetic. The siblings supreme themselves are like Chalk and Cheese- they clash. But the sparks that fly when this brother & sister take the stage, they set the audience alight.

Please note that MainLine Theatre is located on a second floor with approximately 35 stairs. There is no elevator. The hand railing is on the left hand side going up. The bathrooms are not accessible, but they are gender neutral. We ask that audience members do not wear perfumes or scented-products in order to accommodate patrons with scent-allergies.

What if you entered an empty rehearsal hall and suddenly an audience appears? Joseph Ste-Marie brings his experimental scripted/improvised one-man show, This Show is Broken back to the stage! This remount blends the 2021 Digital Theatre production from the Montreal FRINGE Festival and the original 2015 production at the 2nd annual Shortstanding Festival. Ste-Marie must perform his show as he explores his life, struggles, missteps, and tries to show that it’s not too late to pursue your dreams…. However, Joseph is challenged to be honest with himself so his show can be authentic as possible without being blinded by ambition.
A hotel you can stay in…forever. Staff are eager to help, and metaphysical boundaries are mostly respected. That is, until a has-been celebrity comes to stay.
