Anisa's Movie Mondays

A special All Hallow’s Eve Eve screen of The Toxic Avenger chez Mainline Theatre, 3997 St-Laurent.

The scariest month of the year is here, my friends. What better way to celebrate All Hallow's Eve Eve than with a classic of the Mutant Genre from the magical 80's? The Toxic Avenger will make you shriek in laughter, disgust and marvel at the lengths people will go to for their 15 minutes of fame. Brush up on your Mutant Movies, there WILL be a quiz after the show! Chez Mainline Theatre, the Film and Trivial start at 8.

About Movie Mondays

Some of the greatest bad films may have tanked during their time but live on in our hearts and infamy thanks to Betamax and some of its sexier relatives. Come to Anisa's Movie Mondays to see a free screening of some cinematic gems of yesteryear and to celebrate the brutal brilliance that is my video library.

For one night only (well, technically six,) drag king Kris Ma’cheque is headlining his very own cabaret! And he promises it’ll be a good one. No matter what. Featuring a new act every show, Personal Best is a funny, moving, unpredictable journey into one performer’s desire to make the grade.
